換熱器堵塞的解決方法
為防止換熱器碳鋼的腐蝕,也采取兩項(xiàng)措施:一是將兩臺(tái)分子篩純化器中心管的材質(zhì)由原來(lái)的碳鋼改成不銹鋼;二是將碳鋼材質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的膨脹機(jī)后冷卻器,更換成不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu),以確??辗盅b置安全、長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行。

3)加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的檢修施工管理。要求對(duì)檢修實(shí)行全過(guò)程控制。在裝、卸分子篩之前,都必須在中心管上法蘭處加裝盲板。并采取專人負(fù)責(zé)、重點(diǎn)監(jiān)督的方式,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行設(shè)備檢修驗(yàn)收程序,嚴(yán)格把好檢修質(zhì)量關(guān)。進(jìn)一步完善檢修后的工藝處理步驟。對(duì)檢修過(guò)程可能對(duì)設(shè)備造成的危害和隱患進(jìn)行充分的評(píng)估,并制定相應(yīng)的應(yīng)急方案,最大限度地減少故障發(fā)生的可能性。
